Advair Drug Recall for Lot #9ZP7632

On August 4th, 2009 GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) issued a drug recall for Advair Diskus® 100/50 mcg packaged as 60 doses for lot number 9ZP7632. According to the notice issued by GSK: “This lot is being recalled due to a low level defect that may result in the patient not receiving the medication as they advance doses through the Diskus unit.”
